What are your costs?

How will I be Invoiced? – Don’t think Rich wants this but putting in just in case

We invoice weekly on a Tuesday for all cases completed, and signed off by Quilter where required, in the previous week. We collect invoices by Direct Debit, using the GoCardless system, so it’s fully automated and one less thing for you to have to worry about

How do I submit my cases to you?

You will receive logins for our secure online portal where you will upload your cases and you can track case progress and communicate with your paraplanner.

Will our data be secure?

The systems used by Svensoni’s Paraplanners to access, process and store client data, are 100% cloud

Based. We are registered under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 – Rich is this correct?

Will you use our company templates?

For Quilter we use the Quilter templates as other templates conflict with compliance.

For DA we have our templates but we can use their own company templates if they would like us to – Dependent on both yours and the networks requirements, we’d be happy to work with you to develop reports in the format you require.
