Richard Hall

Managing Director

Richard’s been with Svensoni since 2014, and later took the opportunity to take over the reins, when the original founder decided to move on to pastures new. Married with two young girls (with two dogs thrown into the mix too), there isn’t a great deal of spare time. However, when he finds any, it’ll usually be spent catching some boxing, or brewing beer…!

CLAIRE GOTTEMAKER

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Claire Gottemaker joined Svensoni in 2017 as a Personal Assistant to the Director. Alongside her PA role, Claire deals with all new clients joining us at Svensoni and manages a lot of the day to day running of the office. When Claire is not working you will find her at the gym or manically cleaning anything in site, we have had to ban her from tidying our desks as we can never find anything!

MATT BURGOYNE

PARAPLANNER

Matthew Burgoyne has been working in the financial services sector for nearly 20 years. He has been with Svensoni since the start of 2015 and was one of the first members to join the company. He is engaged to be married and 2021 should be a big year for him as he also turns the big 40. When not working you will find him with his head buried in the racing post.

TARA WINFIELD

PARAPLANNER

Tara Winfield has been working for Svensoni since 2016 and has worked in Financial Services for 23 years. Her first role was in the Banking Sector and since then she has had roles spanning Governance and Compliance, Supervisory and Advice. Tara has two daughters that love all that is dancing, singing and acting and therefore most of her spare time is spent as a dance Mum or taxi driver, she also enjoys relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.

PAUL THRING

Paul Thring joined Svensoni in 2013 and is married with 2 children and a grandchild whom he adores. In his spare time Paul enjoys watching football (he supports Crystal Palace), concerts and lovely holidays with his wife.

ANDREW RANSLEY

Andrew’s been involved with Financial Services for 32 years both in the UK and abroad, joining the Svensoni Team in 2015 and loves the great outdoors.

CHRIS HORGAN

PARAPLANNER

Chris joined Svensoni in April 2020 and is married with two children at primary school. Chris has several interests, but they typically include drinking and chatting! (We think the drinking is the result of Chris’ long term support of Tottenham Hotspur!)

GAVIN PINNEGAR

Gavin has been with the Svensoni since 2016 and is currently working towards level 4 diploma in Financial Planning. In his spare time Gavin enjoys listening to lots of music and attending live bands as much as possible. In his younger years Gavin spent time travelling parts of the world and spent 6 years living in South East Asia.

ANDY CULLEN

PARAPLANNER

Andy has been with Svensoni since the beginning of 2016 after previously working for Zurich (as per a lot of current and former Svensoni staff). He is married with three young boys so together with the job he is a very busy man, juggling the balance of working hard and raising a family as with a lot of people in our industry. In his spare time, he enjoys holiday’s and trips with the family, and when he finds any time for himself, he enjoys riding his bike or watching the football.
