Service Levels & Time Scales
In terms of the process we follow – we ask advisers to complete the client facing, front end part of the sales process:
- Complete disclosure docs,
- Run the AML/ID checks
- Complete a risk profiling exercise
- Key the fact find onto Xplan
- Issue LOAs to ceding providers on replacement cases, and provide us with their initial response
We’ll take the case forward from that point, gap filling the ceding provider information where we can.
We prepare the new provider illustrations and application forms etc, complete any additional research required and write up the suitability letter. We’ll upload everything into Xplan and then take care of the pre-approval process too, where required, naturally completing any remedial actions identified from the initial check. We aim to hand the case back to you, when it’s ready for you to go and sign up with your client Add in a section about the DA process or Edit certain parts to say for Quilter only
We understand the pressures faced by financial advisers to meet the needs of their clients in the shortest time frame possible.
Your paraplanner will aim to complete your case, ready for submission to compliance (mention something here if DA) within 5 working days from the date the case was entered or the date all missing information was provided.
At busier periods this can extend to 10 working days, but we will try aim to get the case completed within 5 working days.
Of course, we understand certain cases can have priority so if you’re on a short deadline for a case, just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Quality
Of course, just getting the job done isn’t enough, and we’re rightly proud of the quality our team achieves.
Quality might mean different things to different advisory firms – for some, it’s our ability to navigate their
compliance framework, whilst for others, it’s about our ability to adopt their style when preparing
communications for their clients.
Our team is quite varied, so once we’ve had a chance to understand what you need from us,
we can ensure that you’re matched up with the right member of our team.
Should we mention our suitable average as a % ? or past years figures?
Should we mention about pre cas advisers and helping them get fist time passes?
Who we work with
Svensoni was originally founded by a Business Assurance Checker with Quilter, or Intrinsic as it was then.
So, it was natural that we began by doing a fair amount of work with their member firms.
That remains the case today – we’ve developed a great reputation within the Quilter network, and have an intricate understanding of their advice process.
Of course, over time, it was only natural that we broadened our horizons.
We now support a number of directly regulated firms, many of whom are associated with outsourced compliance providers, like SimplyBiz and Paradigm.
We’ve also worked with the Openwork network since 2016, with whom we share a similar reputation and knowledge base.
